Set up the mining organizations; permitted and started 2 mills and 4 mines in the past 10 years. Industrial minerals experience with talc, magnesite, niobium and tungsten; studied frac sand extensively for past 2 years.

Richard Williams

Director and Corporate Secretary

B.A. LLB. He has been a corporate lawyer, public relations person or an executive in the junior mining industry for the past 30 years. He is currently president of Blackwell Industrial Relations; President and Director of Waseco Resources Inc. and is a co-founder and director of Claim Post Resources Inc. and is a director of Guyana Goldfields Inc., and Sparton Resources Inc. He has participated internationally in exploration, development and production of both precious metals and base metals.

Nadim Wakeam

Corporate Councel and Assistant Corporate Secretary

Mr. Wakeam holds an M.A. degree and a joint M.B.A./L.L.B. degree. He is a partner in the law firm, Blaney McMurtry LLP. For the last 20 years he has practiced corporate/commercial and securities law representing clients in mineral exploration and development. Mr. Wakeam also serves as legal counsel and corporate secretary for several publicly listed companies.

John Assman

President – Landtran Systems Inc.

John Assman is the third generation owner, President and C.E.O. of Landtran Systems Inc. John began his career by working in various aspects of the family’s trucking and distribution company. He has held various positions including linehaul driver, salesman, terminal manager, Chief Operating Officer, and for the last 23 years as President. John’s main responsibilities in the group are the strategic direction of the organization, labour relations and high level marketing. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management, past board member of AEDA (Alberta Economic Development Agency) and a past executive director of the Alberta Motor Transport Association. John resides in Edmonton Alberta with his wife Maureen and three active children.

Lowell Jackson

President and CEO of Kaisen Energy Ltd.

Mr. Lowell E. Jackson, P. Eng served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of WestFire Energy Ltd. since December 2007 until October 23, 2012. Mr. Jackson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Real Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2007. He served at Grad & Walker Energy Corporation from March, 1991 to July, 1997 holding various responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Jackson also worked at Atlantic Richfield, Mesa Petroleum, PanCana, GeoCrude and Canada Northwest Energy. He has over 30 years of extensive Experience in the Engineering, Operations and Exploration aspects of the Oil and Gas Business both Domestic and International. He serves as an Executive Chairman of Kaisen Energy. He serves as a Director of Real Resources Inc. He has been an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers including a tenue as chair of the Board of Govenors (2011 - 2012). Mr. Jackson graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1973.
